The fare includes:

A berth in a cabin of the chosen class, including insurance, (in accordance with the fare confirmed by Murmansk region government regulation of 16.05.07 №232-ПП and of 29.05.07 № 260-ПП (s. Chapoma), paid at the booking office of the marine passenger terminal). There are 51 passenger cabins on board " Klavdiya Yelanskaya " motor vessel, (equipped with a porthole, a two-tiered bed –sofa (the top bed is a folding one), a conditioner, a wardrobe, a table, a chair, a mirror, a radio warning system, a shower and a toilet) of the following classes: Double-berth luxury suite – 2 (with soft furniture, single beds, a telephone, a TV set, a fridge, a large porthole);

Class 4 four-berth cabin – 20;

Class 5 four-berth cabin – 29;

Class 6 - 24 places in the saloon of airplane chairs.

Transportation of the cabin luggage (no more than 100 kg per person);
Use of public passenger rooms on board and relevant services:

Restaurant for 90 persons;
Weather and indoor promenade decks;
A music hall (TV, mini system, karaoke, a microphone)
A gymnasium;
Facilities of the ship;
Medical rooms (free emergency medical care on a twenty-four hour basis);
Tidying up of the rooms and public places. Change of linen;
Service of Passenger department staff.

Optional extras include:

Drinks and goods in the ship bar;
Delivery of passengers and luggage in unequipped ports by small sized vessels;
Communication service (telegrams);

A consigner of the cargo (a passenger) pays for loading and unloading of the cargo and luggage according to the fare of JSC MSCP and JSC MSCO. These operations are carried out by the workers of MSCP or the crew. Sea transportation of the luggage and cargo (vehicles) is paid according to the fare approved by Murmansk region Government Regulation of 16.05.07 №232-ПП.

Payment and registration of the cargo and luggage is made by a consigner at forwarding office of JSC MSCP. Citizens can book tickets at the booking offices of the marine passenger terminal. Tickets for servicemen according to military travel documents can also be made out there. In some cases loading/unloading operations and cargo fare, as well as transportation of passengers, can be paid at the ship's cash desk. The timetable, agreed on with JSC MSCO, shows passenger ship service on coastal seaway. The above timetable is approved by the Department of Passenger Traffic of Murmansk region every three months.
